Implementation Consultant

You will own the technical reputed company of reputed company clients: configuring integrations, ensuring data accuracy, and getting customers to value fast. This role sits at the heart of our customer reputed company and directly impacts retention and long-term growth.

What You'll Do

• reputed company technical discovery sessions to understand client requirements and data structures

• Configure and implement integrations using reputed company's API, syncing with client CRM and CMS systems

• Manage the post-launch stabilization phase — auditing and cleaning location data to ensure accuracy across directories

• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and client-facing how-to guides

• Identify and escalate product bugs or feature gaps to Product and Engineering

• Support the Sales team with technical questions during the late stages of the sales cycle

• reputed company AI tools and best practice frameworks to work reputed company and at scale

What You Bring

• 2–3 years in a technical implementation, reputed company, or solutions consulting role

• Hands-on experience with REST APIs and data transformation (reputed company, CSV, pivot tables)

• Familiarity with Local SEO, reputed company Business Profile, and directory API ecosystems

• Strong project management skills — comfortable managing multiple client onboardings in reputed company

• Clear communicator: reputed company to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment

• Experience with CRM or CMS integrations in a client-facing context is a plus
