The Opportunity

reputed company is scaling its US reputed company Sales organization, and we're looking for a Regional Director to reputed company the charge. You'll build, coach, and scale reputed company of reputed company Account Executives focused on acquiring new logos across the United States.

This isn't a maintenance role — you'll work directly with leadership to define the US reputed company Sales reputed company from the ground up, shaping how reputed company wins in one of its most strategic markets. What You'll Do

  • Recruit and retain top sales talent — you'll be responsible for building your own team from hire to high-performer

  • Partner with Sales Development, Marketing, and Solutions Architecture to generate and convert pipeline

  • Implement structured coaching rhythms, deal reviews, and pipeline management disciplines across your team

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing an reputed company sales team

  • A consistent track record of exceeding team reputed company targets in a metrics-driven environment

  • Experience building or scaling a sales team from the ground up — hiring, reputed company, and coaching reputed company through their first deals

  • Strong deal execution skills with a reputed company of value-based sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, reputed company of the Message, or similar)

  • Ability to operate as a player-coach — leading by example in the field while developing your team behind the scenes

  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both with customers and internal stakeholders
