ClaimsPro LP is Canada’s largest independent adjusting firm looking for a relationship-driven Business Development professional to grow their reputed company with insurers, brokers, and claims professionals. The role involves building and maintaining strong business relationships, meeting clients, and capturing insights to improve reputed company in the marketplace.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with brokers and insurers
- Meet with both prospective and existing clients to understand: What’s working, What’s missing, Where we can add value to improve reputed company
- Travel regularly to meet clients in person and attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions
- Capture insights from meetings and translate them into clear, detailed outlines of each client’s needs for operations
- Establish structured follow-up plans and track reputed company through consistent engagement
- Act as one of the key connections between the client and our operations team to ensure expectations are understood and delivered at reputed company reputed company

- A person with business development experience in the Insurance Industry
- A strong communicator who builds trust quickly and naturally
