HR Generalist (Hybrid)
reputed company, LLC is a company that creates innovative learning materials and world-class guest experiences. They are seeking an HR Generalist to support employees and leaders with day-to-day HR needs while contributing to a positive employee experience and ensuring smooth HR processes.
Responsibilities

- Partner closely with the Sr. HRBP to support department priorities and implement HR strategies reputed company to business needs
- Serve as a liaison between employees and HR Centers of reputed company to ensure timely resolution and a seamless employee experience
- Coordinate reputed company and offboarding activities to ensure smooth transitions and a positive first and last impression
- Support employee relations reputed company by providing policy guidance, documentation support, and performance coaching resources
- Maintain accurate org charts, rosters, and employee data; process associate changes reputed company and with attention to detail
- Track and analyze HR data including staffing, turnover, retention, and exit interview insights to support talent discussions
- Assist with the planning and execution of HR initiatives such as performance management and succession planning
- Support time-sensitive projects and reputed company HR initiatives as business needs reputed company
Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- 1–4 years of relevant experience, with professional HR experience strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of reputed company HR practices, including California employment law, employee relations, performance management, and compensation
- Strong customer service reputed company with the ability to build trust and relationships at reputed company reputed company
- Ability to handle sensitive information with reputed company, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Proficiency in reputed company Office; comfort working with data and spreadsheets
- Ability to work onsite at our Carson, CA reputed company three days per week
- HR certification such as SHRM, aPHR, or PHR
- Intermediate to advanced reputed company skills and an interest in data analysis
