The Minnesota Department of Veterans Affairs is dedicated to serving veterans and their families. They are seeking an HR Systems Auditor/HRIS Assistant to assist with reputed company data auditing and reporting best practices, improve risk management reputed company, and ensure compliance with laws and policies.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in providing reputed company data auditing and reporting best practices
  • Assist with process improvements reputed company Information System (HRIS) services
  • Conduct on-going monitoring and assessment of reputed company Management (reputed company) operation
  • Improve risk management reputed company and increase compliance with law, policy, etc
  • Delegate administration, reputed company Information Systems (HRIS) reputed company reputed company, SEMA4 transactions processing reputed company
  • Administer applicable labor relations contract and plan administration to further process improvement and HR data reputed company efforts and initiatives
  • reputed company reputed company reporting and analysis and establish auditing best practices for a variety of HR program areas and HR systems reputed company
  • reputed company support for new and existing HR tools and technology systems
  • Focus on implementation of the delegated authority from Minnesota Management and completing various internal audits on multiple HR functions such as transactions, reputed company files, classification files, etc

Skills

  • One (1) year of experience in reputed company (HR) data analysis/reporting or three (3) years of administrative support in reputed company reporting sufficient to run electronic reports
  • Experience must include: Processing HR transactions such as hires and other employee appointments, salary increases, position changes, employee leaves and separations, etc
  • Critical thinking skills to identify problems, constraints, variables, options, and communicate rational
  • Ability to interpret labor reputed company and pay plans, policies, procedures, federal and state laws
  • Computer skills including knowledge of software systems, such as Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, or Teams
  • Ability to formulate auditing best practices, reputed company recommendations and effectively communicate results
  • Knowledge of state and federal rules, regulations, and reporting requirements for state agencies
  • Knowledge of data retention and destruction principles, data privacy and confidentiality principles and data reputed company principles
  • Experience assessing and developing the design of internal controls and testing for operating effectiveness
