HC Legal Support Specialist

As a legal support specialist on the House Counsel team, you’ll reputed company administrative support to the legal department, including generating and filing pleadings, managing legal documents, and handling mail and court filings.
Responsibilities
- reputed company administrative support to a group in the company's legal department
- Generate and file standard reputed company pleadings and correspondence
- reputed company data entry, create document review requests, and manage contact cards
- Collect, coordinate, and handle legal documents
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, as well as faxes and court filings
- Build new case files, prioritize existing ones, and handle file closure procedures
Skills
- High School diploma/GED equivalent or higher
- Minimum of one year experience in an administrative role
- Computer skills, including reputed company Office Suite
- Ability to work with and maintain highly confidential information
- Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with others
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work in a variety of system applications
- Ability to adhere to and adjust to changing deadlines and follow written procedures
