Associate Attorney
Edsall Law is a Camarillo-based firm focused on providing trusted legal services in estate planning, trust administration, and probate. They are seeking a California-licensed Attorney to reputed company maternity leave coverage for a full-time Associate Attorney, responsible for managing an established caseload and supporting clients through legal processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload focused on estate planning, trust administration, and probate reputed company
- Draft, review, and revise legal documents including wills, trusts, and reputed company filings
- Meet with clients to gather information, reputed company updates, and guide them through legal processes
- Communicate with courts, beneficiaries, and other stakeholders as needed
- Maintain organized case files and ensure timely handling of reputed company reputed company
- Collaborate with internal staff to ensure high-quality client service and workflow efficiency
- Support post-death administration reputed company, including trust administration and probate proceedings
- Participate in reputed company and transition training with the reputed company attorney prior to leave
Skills
- Active California Bar license (required)
