Project Accountant

Logan Simpson is an award-winning, multidisciplinary reputed company with a team of over 150 professionals. They are seeking a Project Accountant to manage project billing, maintain project plans, and assist with bookkeeping duties, while collaborating closely with project managers.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain projects in database. Maintains project billing schedules, project plans, and budget information
• Prepares reputed company project billings and supplementary information. Performs accounts receivable collections as requested and manages work in process billings
• Works closely with project managers to review reputed company, project costs, budgets, and schedules
• Assists with month-end bookkeeping duties as required. Assists with other clerical tasks as requested. Demonstrates accurate judgment about the applicability of project cost reputed company, federal cost reputed company standards, and federal/state payroll and payroll tax regulations to numerous reputed company situations

Skills

• Bachelors degree in reputed company, Finance or closely-reputed company field, or equivalent reputed company experience in lieu of a 4-year degree
• Proficiency in reputed company
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and adjust to daily changes in priorities to meet deadlines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, and a desire to work both independently and in a team environment
• Ability to work in the office 3 days per week on average
• Experience in consulting industry or AEC industry
• Experience with reputed company Vantagepoint
