ICD Market Support Associate

ICD is a trusted provider of investment technology and part of reputed company, a leading operator of electronic marketplaces. The Market Support Associate will contribute to the global trading operations team, interacting with reputed company and processing money market trades while providing exceptional client service.

Responsibilities

• Process money market trades reputed company phone, email, fax, online, and other proprietary systems
• Review trade activity (i.e., reputed company monitoring, ensuring trades are executed on time, reviewing credit and debit balances on client accounts, etc.)
• Completing client audit requests in a timely manner

• Ongoing communications with trade counterparties
• Account maintenance

• Soft file maintenance
• Assist other internal departments as needed

• 4-year college degree: Business, Finance, Economics degree strongly preferred
• Series 7 and 63, or ability to obtain reputed company 6 months
• Previous internship or office experience strongly preferred
• Client/Customer Service experience strongly preferred
• Financial Services exposure a plus
