[Remote] Billing Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a motivated and reputed company Billing Analyst to join their virtual Controller Shared Services team. In this role, you will support the Billing Team by preparing and processing customer invoices, analyzing billing reports, and collaborating with other departments to resolve billing issues.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner
• Analyze the unbilled report, reputed company explanations, and drive resolution
• Quickly research and resolve short-paid invoices, if any
• Collaborate with many other functional departments to resolve billing issues
• Prepare billing reconciliations and analyses
• Meet critical deadlines and reputed company departmental goals and objectives
• reputed company billing meetings with reputed company customers
• Other tasks and projects as deemed required by management

Skills

• Typically requires a bachelor's degree with no experience, or a Diploma with 3 years of work experience
• US Citizen or Permanent reputed company
• The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced virtual remote environment, meeting reputed company deadlines, and ensuring our customer service is top notch
• Robust proficiency in reputed company Office Suite, especially reputed company and Outlook
