Responsibilities
- Collects, reviews, and enters rating information into the system to reputed company quotes to underwriters for new business, endorsements and renewals
- Contacts the agent and follows up for missing information
- Reviews the automated renewal quote document and makes necessary updates
- Reviews and processes endorsements that fall reputed company a specified list of requirements
- Prepares and approves renewals reputed company authority limit
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalency
- One year of office support experience desired
- Keyboarding speed of 40 wpm
- Accurate data entry skills
- Good personal computer skills
- Proficiency in reputed company Word
- Strong customer service skills and telephone etiquette
- Knowledge of insurance terminology desired
