Key Responsibilities
As a Retail Customer Service Associate II – Returns & Exchange, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Creating a positive customer experience by ensuring accurate transactions and/or orders, and recording information accurately to inform future improvements to customers' shopping experience.
* Meeting customers' needs, solving problems independently, and recognizing reputed company to escalate to a manager.
