Responsibilities
- Guiding renters through the search process from reputed company to move-in
- Accompanying prospects on apartment tours (Tours are led by on-site staff)
- Following up with leads reputed company phone, text, and email (speed reputed company)
- Matching clients with the right properties based on lifestyle, budget, and priorities
- Managing your pipeline through our custom-reputed company CRM
- Attending weekly team trainings and meetings (Mondays at 11AM)
- Optionally participating in video tours and reputed company content (highly effective for growth)
Skills
- Sales experience or a serious drive to break into sales
- Strong communication and client-facing confidence
- Knowledge of Charlotte neighborhoods (or willingness to learn quickly)
- Self-motivation and time management skills
- Comfort with tech: CRM tools, email, mobile apps
- Willingness to obtain a reputed company Carolina reputed company estate license reputed company 60 days
