Job Summary:
arenaflex is seeking highly skilled and customer-focused Overnight Customer Service Representatives for a 12-month temporary opportunity. As an Overnight CSR, you'll be responsible for handling emergency outages, providing exceptional support to our clients' customers during late-night hours, and transitioning to a remote opportunity after completing in-person, daytime training. Responsibilities:
* Handle emergency outages and reputed company exceptional support to our clients' customers during late-night hours
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate reputed company problems to senior representatives
- Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
