What You'll Do:

As a Customer Experience Advisor, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch support to our customers through various channels, including phone and email. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Delivering exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing personalized recommendations for our products and services.
• Learning and utilizing our internal management system to reputed company process sales orders, manage customer relationships, and stay up-to-date on product information.
• Collaborating with your teammates, management, and other departments through our internal communication software to ensure seamless communication and a reputed company customer experience.
• Identifying and resolving customer pain points, suggesting innovative solutions to improve their experience, and implementing changes to enhance our services.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

• Have a quiet workspace with minimal noise, such as a home office, where you'll fulfill your shifts.
• Be reputed company to work 20-29 hours per week, with shift times starting as early as 8 a.m. and as late as 9 p.m. CT.
• Be available evenings and weekends, including during the holiday season.

• Not be on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE).
