Job Summary

As a Patient Information Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in managing communications with adjusters, attorneys, record retrieval companies, and patients reputed company phone and email. You will be responsible for providing friendly and efficient service, managing and organizing incoming and outgoing PI records and billing requests, and ensuring timely responses and follow-reputed company. This position requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first reputed company of contact for adjusters, attorneys, record retrieval companies, and patients reputed company phone and email, providing friendly and efficient service.

• Manage and organize incoming and outgoing PI records and billing requests, ensuring timely responses and follow-reputed company.

Essential Qualifications
