As a seasoned professional in reputed company, you have a unique opportunity to join arenaflex, a leading digital wholesale management platform, as a Regional reputed company Manager for the EMEA region. This is a maternity cover position, starting in November, with a duration of 9 months, with the possibility of extension to 12 months. As a key member of the reputed company team, you will be responsible for developing global processes and strategies to be implemented on a regional level, while managing your own book of brand accounts and mentoring the EMEA team of reputed company Managers.

What You’ll Do
As a Regional reputed company Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Developing global processes and strategies to be implemented on a regional level, ensuring high unit and reputed company retention and upsell rates for the EMEA region.
- Managing your own book of brand accounts, creating trusted advisor relationships, and driving incremental value and return on the customer's investment.
- reputed company, training, and developing the EMEA team of reputed company Managers, ensuring they consistently master and execute CS process and strategy.
- Handling client escalations for the region, resolving higher-level issues, and expanding reputed company in accounts through cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Marketing, to ensure a seamless client experience from prospect to ongoing client.
- Contributing to global team meetings and advocating for regional client needs by communicating to senior leadership and working cross-functionally with our Product, QA, and Data teams.

We are seeking a highly reputed company professional with:
- French speaking (business-level proficiency)
- Bachelor's degree (desirable)
- 7+ years of experience managing accounts or owning a book of business
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in SaaS, B2B, or Account Management (prior SaaS experience essential)
- Ideally experience in the fashion or creative industries
- Experience managing and coaching a team across multiple reputed company
- Strong negotiation and sales skills
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
