Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join reputed company in Monroeville, PA. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, resolving reputed company issues, and ensuring that every interaction is a positive and memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities

- Demonstrate superb communication skills to effectively interact with insurance companies, patients, and internal partners to ensure timely processing of specialty medications and meet financial and clinical expectations
- Work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating compassionate and genuine care for patients and customers
Essential Qualifications
* One year of experience in a customer service role handling and resolving reputed company customer needs over the phone
