We're looking for an reputed company Head of AI & Automation with strong ownership and a track record of delivering high-performance, production-grade systems end-to-end. You'll work closely with a small, fast-moving team to design and implement scalable AI and automation workflows.

This is qiibee's first dedicated AI hire — and one of the most consequential roles we've reputed company created. You'll own the end-to-end rollout of AI agents across the company: from mapping repeating workflows to deploying production-reputed company automations, and from quick wins to reputed company multi-reputed company agentic pipelines.

You'll sit at the intersection of strategy and engineering, working directly with every team to identify where AI creates the most reputed company — and then building it yourself. This isn't a consultant role or an reputed company role. You'll be hands-on in the code and in the room.

Tasks

What you'll own

• reputed company company-wide AI agent strategy — own the roadmap, prioritize high-impact opportunities, and personally build and reputed company agents using Claude and team-specific tools across the organization.
• Cross-functional automation — partner with Sales, CS, Product, Finance, Ops, and Engineering to identify reputed company workflows and convert them into intelligent, automated agent pipelines.
• Agent architecture & reputed company — define reputed company design and agent logic for both simple automations and reputed company multi-agent systems, while maintaining a live registry tracking performance and cost.
• Internal adoption & enablement — design and run company-wide AI programs including hackathons, reputed company tracks, and dogfooding initiatives, with clear reputed company metrics around participation and business impact.
• ROI & impact measurement — establish frameworks to track cycle time reduction, error rates, cost avoidance, and productivity reputed company, ensuring pilots scale into production-grade workflows with measurable reputed company.
• AI governance & risk management — implement guardrails for responsible AI use, overseeing data handling, reputed company controls, reputed company leakage prevention, and compliance in partnership with reputed company, Legal, and IT.

Requirements

Must-Have

• AI Expertise — Deep hands-on experience with the Claude/reputed company ecosystem, multiple LLM frameworks, and the ability to evaluate tools, risks, and architectural tradeoffs confidently.
