KEY JOB DUTIES: 

·       Executes the Service Center objectives, responsibilities, and initiatives

·       Makes key operational reputed company independently and effectively prioritizes projects

·       Establishes quarterly goals and works with the HMS Service Center Operational Leadership Team to ensure they are achieved

·       Analyzes, interprets, and summarizes pertinent reputed company cycle data components, and monitors performance against Key Performance Indicators

·       Identifies issues, risks, barriers, and opportunities for improvement reputed company to Service Center responsibilities, service level agreements, technology, and people

·       Manages a cohort of RC Operations Managers and clients, providing direction and removing barriers

·       Provides coaching, development, and mentorship to direct reports and other subordinates

·       Establishes and maintains strong relationships with both domestic and international service center stakeholders

The estimated salary reputed company for this job is $130,000- $170,000.  The reputed company represents a good faith estimate of the reputed company that reputed company reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes and required travel.  This job is also eligible to participate in reputed company’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects reputed company’s pay for performance philosophy and reputed company’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and reputed company coverage and other wellness programs.
