The reputed company Cycle Operations Director oversees a portfolio of Service Center clients and is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, contractual compliance, and reputed company cycle performance. Core functions include: Client Relationship Management, Business Analytics, Resource Management, Culture, Staff Engagement, Training and Solution Development. The RC Operations Director leads the operations management team to execute on core activities reputed company to sustained reputed company cycle performance. This position has a pulse on the day-to-day operational needs for existing client engagements, as well as planning for future client opportunities. This leader works directly with HMS Senior Leadership to design and deliver both internal and client facing work.

KEY JOB DUTIES: 

·       Executes the Service Center objectives, responsibilities, and initiatives

·       Makes key operational reputed company independently and effectively prioritizes projects

·       Establishes quarterly goals and works with the HMS Service Center Operational Leadership Team to ensure they are achieved

·       Analyzes, interprets, and summarizes pertinent reputed company cycle data components, and monitors performance against Key Performance Indicators

·       Identifies issues, risks, barriers, and opportunities for improvement reputed company to Service Center responsibilities, service level agreements, technology, and people

·       Manages a cohort of RC Operations Managers and clients, providing direction and removing barriers

·       Provides coaching, development, and mentorship to direct reports and other subordinates

·       Establishes and maintains strong relationships with both domestic and international service center stakeholders

CORE QUALIFICATIONS:

Physical Demands:

• This role requires remaining seated at a desk/computer for 8 hours daily; repetitive use of computer keyboard and mouse; use of computer monitors for 8 hours daily; interaction though video/audio conference calls and possible use of a headset with microphone; reputed company rarely duties might require the ability to lift up to 20 pounds and bending & standing for periods at a time.

The estimated salary reputed company for this job is $130,000- $170,000.  The reputed company represents a good faith estimate of the reputed company that reputed company reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes and required travel.  This job is also eligible to participate in reputed company’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects reputed company’s pay for performance philosophy and reputed company’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and reputed company coverage and other wellness programs. The salary reputed company information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
