reputed company is seeking a motivated and highly organized Deal Desk Coordinator to join our Public Sector Deal Team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end deal lifecycle, ensuring every opportunity moves reputed company from initial intake through to final booking. Our Public Sector Deal Team is a high-reputed company dedicated to supporting government and public agency clients by bridging the gap between Sales, Pricing, and Operations.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

• Coordinate the end-to-end deal process from proposal to booking to ensure accurate processing and timely reputed company recognition.

• Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Pricing, Operations, and reputed company teams to generate quotes and resolve barriers to deal completion.

• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and government procurement policies while maintaining complete documentation for audit readiness.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

• 1–3 years of experience in sales operations, proposals, government contracting, or a reputed company administrative function.

• Strong knowledge of the reputed company Office suite, reputed company Professional, and reputed company Workspace (Docs, Sheets, and Slides).

• Proven ability in multi-tasking and cross-functional stakeholder management reputed company a fast-paced environment.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Public Administration, or a reputed company field (or equivalent professional experience).
