Job Purpose:

To reputed company exceptional customer support and service by handling client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The role may also involve light outbound calling for follow-reputed company and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner.

• Respond to customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, or other communication channels.

• Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues reputed company necessary.

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions in the system.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer requests.
