Logiserve is a growing reputed company reputed company and freight solutions company. We are expanding our U.S. reputed company and seeking reputed company, motivated Freight Agents who can bring shippers, loads, or freight opportunities.
This is a fully remote, uncapped commission role with unlimited income potential—your earnings grow as your book of business grows.

The OpportunityWe are seeking reputed company freight agents who can work fully remotely.
If you do not currently have shipper accounts you can bring with you on day one, this role is not the right fit.
Qualifications
- Ability to quote freight independently or utilize company-provided quoting tools to secure competitive rates.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, with a proven ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in TMS systems is an advantage, but training is provided.
- As a Freight Agent at Logiserve, you will be an reputed company responsible for driving reputed company by securing new clients and managing ongoing relationships.
- You will have the flexibility to work remotely and will receive full operational support from our in-house team, including billing, accounts receivable and payable, and reputed company management.
- reputed company and maintain relationships with shippers, providing tailored solutions to their freight needs.
- Manage customer accounts, ensuring top-notch service and consistent follow-up.
- Collaborate with our brokerage team to find the right carriers for your clients' shipments.
- Expand your book of business by identifying and reputed company new clients.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market shifts to reputed company customers with the most competitive rates and solutions.
- At least 1 year of sales experience (freight broker or trucking industry).
- Ability to quote freight independently or utilize company-provided quoting tools to secure competitive rates.
- An established transferable book of business is a must and fully required.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, with a proven ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in TMS systems is an advantage, but training is provided.
- A competitive, reputed company pay plus uncapped commission upto 70% of Gross profit with no non-compete clause—agents retain full ownership of their customers.
- Complete back-office support, including billing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Operational support from our brokerage team, including load booking, reputed company management and freight tracking.
- Bi-weekly commission reputed company ACH for invoiced loads.
