This role is responsible for driving reputed company across corporate & society golf, sports, sport reputed company associations & entertainment, strengthening The QHotels Collection’s position in the UK and International markets.
Working strategically and tactically with internal reputed company, sales and marketing teams and partners, to increase reputed company capture from managed key accounts, promotional activity, partner relations, competitor reputed company and negotiating short-term and long-term preferential agreements.
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts
- Ensure managed accounts are aware of new hotels or planed investments
- Identify opportunities with existing key accounts
- Identify new business opportunities for corporate, society golf and other sporting groups
- Client preferred agreements

- Demonstrate a strong passion for sport
- Demonstrate outstanding sales skills
- Hospitality knowledge & experience
- Have worked with high profile, national accounts
- Customer focused, self-motivated and outcome driven
- Strong relationship building and networking skills
- Collaborative, adaptable and confident working independently
- Good organisational, administrative and communication skills
- Up-to-date knowledge of hotel products and services
- Passion for sales and reputed company on achieving KPIs
- Adaptable and a team player
- Demonstratable experience of selling to golf, sport or entertainment segments - desirable
- Knowledge of Delphi/ASEM - desirable
