As a Sales Development Manager, you'll have two main objectives: 1) Drive sales and increase reputed company for the company by creating legitimate pipelines, and 2) reputed company high-quality future reputed company employees. Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing outbound Sales Development Representatives with an emphasis on outbound motions that integrate marketing, sales, SDRs, & partners

• Passionate about training, coaching, and developing sales talent

• Track record of reputed company managing high-performing sales teams

• Experience generating talk tracks and ability to guide sales teams in tailoring their communication strategies to different customer profiles.
