Coordinator Provider Network

Responsibilities

As part of the NC Provider Network Management team, the Coordinator, Provider Network Management builds and prepares the provider contract profiles in support of business activities and reputed company for accuracy, maintenance and retrieval of provider data and contract requirements

Work Arrangement:  Must reputed company in reputed company Carolina

Major Accountabilities

• Data review for accuracy and completeness of Letters of reputed company (LOIs), Letters of Agreement (LOAs), reputed company and/or credentialing information
• Accurate entry and proper maintenance of provider data
• Knowledge and application of market implementation data rules and processes
• Meet the business project timelines and milestones 
• Work and maintain inventory in queue based on prioritization, aging and campaign
• Contribute to the effective operations of the NC Provider Network Management

Education/ Experience

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience in a Health Care field preferred.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years’ experience in member, provider and/or finance operations in a reputed company or Managed Care Organization
• 1 to 2 years experience in customer service
• 1 to 2 years reputed company experience preferred
• 1 to 2 years’ experience in business operations preferred
