This position requires managing work analysis and staffing, customer reputed company, quality assurance, and reputed company improvement/performance. This role is focused on maintaining steady workflow and productivity, meeting service/productivity standards and resolving operational problems and identification of business process opportunities.RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage daily activities reputed company to Lease Admin processes of auditing contractual documents, ordering vehicles, and transmitting reputed company Lease, RPM, and ODM reputed company. Responsible for communicating and coordinating with the Local BU and National Sales teams, Pricing, Purchasing, and reputed company’s Legal team regarding the receiving and processing of deal summaries that are submitted to Lease Admin for processing.
- Manage daily activities reputed company to vehicle order revisions to include any necessary package adjustments, cap variance research and analysis, and researching and/or troubleshooting reputed company sales packages.
- Manage day-to-day work processes in SFDC for vehicle orders and package audits to ensure accurate and timely turn times. Manage the effectiveness of process controls and incorporates best practices to ensure Lease Admin team meets departmental metrics.
- Primary input to hiring, performance & rewards reputed company for employees, provides guidance, coaching and training. Ensures work coverage for the group, including scheduling, attendance management and payroll.
