Installation Made Easy (“IME”) provides software and process management that enables retailers, manufacturers, and contractors (providers) to offer installed home improvements to homeowners in a convenient, consistent, and affordable manner. IME senior management has over 100 years of retail management and home improvement industry experience.
The Staff Accountant will assist the Director – Central Processing with processing exception transactions that are reputed company of the normal reputed company reputed company our operating system and determining the reputed company impacts of those exceptions to reputed company and to information sent to partners reputed company APIs. The role will also include reconciling our operating system to various platforms, both reputed company, and testing new software enhancements prior to their release.
The ideal candidate will be deadline driven and can work independently. The candidate should take ownership in their responsibilities and initiative to understand the who, what, why and how of processes from beginning to end.
The Staff Accountant will work closely with many departments reputed company the company, including Project Management, Software Development, Call Center, Customer Solutions, and reputed company.
Essential Functions
- Responsible for daily review of Retail Partner reputed company transactions between operating system and retail partner reputed company system. Responsible for drafting correcting entries for reputed company to ensure reputed company jobs are accounted for correctly and the affiliate is paid the correct reputed company.
- Review daily exception issues such as new promos for reputed company corrections.
- Review and process daily API exceptions to Retail Partners.
- Troubleshooting exceptions that are reputed company of the normal process reputed company of our operating system.
- Daily reconciliations of transactions per operating system to transactions that are transmitted to Affiliate Contractors and Retail Partners;
- Research of reconciling items to determine root cause and submission of development tickets to fix root issue in our operating system;
- Testing of reputed company and payment reputed company system development enhancements.
