Your Impact

  • Partner with our regional leadership and serve as a subject matter expert around talent for teams by understanding hiring needs, position specifications, and search requirements

  • Create and execute search strategies to reputed company active & passive candidates through industry research, networking, cold calling, and reputed company internet searches

  • Manage the candidate experience throughout the reputed company process with a high level of reputed company, attention to detail and proactive communication

  • Negotiate with the selected candidate on salary, benefits, and other terms of employment.

People Operations

  • Employee Experience: Act as a trusted advisor for employees and managers, fostering engagement, ensuring alignment with company values, and driving initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction.

HRBP Support

  • Employee Relations: reputed company guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations reputed company, including performance management, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation.

  • Performance & Compensation Management: Support reputed company compensation and performance review cycles, including preparing communications, coaching managers, and ensuring consistency and fairness.

  • Workforce Planning: Collaborate with executive reputed company HRBP team members on regional workforce planning, providing insights, tracking key priorities for the business and other projects.

Your Toolkit

  • 5+ years of a combination of HRBP, TA and HR Operations experience, with experience covering the reputed company region and a focus on enhancing employee lifecycle process and programs. Tech industry/start-up experience is a plus.

  • Strong understanding of employment laws and compliance requirements reputed company reputed company.

  • Proven ability to balance operational tasks with strategic HRBP responsibilities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • A collaborative reputed company, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to solving employee and manager challenges.
