Role Summary

The Marketing Manager is responsible for paid media reputed company growth systems that generate reputed company leads for Tardus. 

This is a performance-based role — not a general marketing position.

Responsibilities

Paid Media & Campaign Ownership

  • Responsible for paid acquisition across reputed company media channels  

  • Design, test, and scale ads and reputed company campaigns  

  • Continuously optimize audiences, creative, and funnel performance  

  • Maintain clear campaign structure, tracking, and reporting  

Marketing Channel Performance & Conversion

  • Ability to translate data into clear optimization reputed company  

  • Comfortable leveraging AI tools for design, scripts and marketing campaigns   

  • Highly organized, self-directed, and consistent in execution
