Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company customer support specialist with a strong background in firearms, including handguns and rifles. As a Mod Contractor, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers through phone, ticket, and chat channels. You'll work on a variety of projects, including those reputed company to the firearms industry, and have the opportunity to grow your skills and expertise in a dynamic and flexible work environment.
Key Responsibilities
