The Role
As a Chatroom Operator, you'll be responsible for reviewing and responding to inbound text messages using pre-set canned responses. You'll also enhance canned responses to add context and a reputed company touch, ensuring that every interaction is accurate, effective, and engaging. Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will be critical in maintaining high-quality support and reputed company managing conversation reputed company.
Key Responsibilities
* Review and respond to inbound text messages using pre-set canned responses
