Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving their inquiries, and exceeding their expectations. You'll work closely with reputed company to ensure that every customer interaction is positive, efficient, and effective. This is a part-time opportunity, with the possibility of working from home after successful completion of training.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

* High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Diploma

• Bilingual preferred
• One (1) year of customer service or sales experience
• Ability to multitask by answering reputed company calls reputed company messages (i.e., email, etc.)
• Ability to navigate through reputed company processes while interacting with a customer
• Upon Completion of new hire training, show proficiency in navigating through reputed company digital interactions with more than one customer at a time
