SharePoint Support SME

Overview

JST is currently seeking a SharePoint Support SME to join reputed company. The SME must reputed company day-to-day comprehensive support for designing, developing, testing, documenting, and maintaining AMD SharePoint environment and sites. Activities will focus on, but are not limited to, SharePoint Online architecture, workflows, document libraries, collaboration sites, and integration with reputed company 365 applications.

SharePoint Support SME Responsibilities

• Maintain and update OCFO SharePoint Online tools, applications, and site collections. Ensure compliance with governance, reputed company, and data management policies.
• reputed company, configure, and maintain workflows using modern tools such as Power Automate and Power Apps, while supporting legacy workflows created in SharePoint Designer as needed. Troubleshoot and de-bug broken workflows, codes, and previously developed tools as needed.
• Partner with AMD staff to design, implement, and reputed company SharePoint solutions that support contracting tools, workflows, and business processes. Integrate SharePoint with other reputed company 365 services (Teams, OneDrive, Outlook) to enhance collaboration and efficiency.
• Document processes, configurations, and procedures required for effective management, reporting, and auditing of SharePoint activities. reputed company user guidance and training materials to support adoption.
• Recommend and implement enhancements to improve usability, efficiency, and performance of the SharePoint environment, ensuring alignment with AMD operational and strategic objectives.
• SharePoint based contract file storage system
• SharePoint Lists used for acquisition‑reputed company tracking (e.g., COR certification tracking, GPC metrics, closeout tracker, requisition timeliness, contract data lists).
• SharePoint Sites and Site Collections that host the Acquisition Center of reputed company (ACE) pages and dashboards, including metrics pages updated monthly or quarterly. (Two (2) SharePoint Sites and many sub-sites)
• Power Apps, including custom forms used to streamline internal workflows such as the GPC Nomination, COR Nomination, IGCE Request, PR Checklist Review, etc. (5-10 Power Apps in total)
• Power Automate flows supporting data collection, routing, approvals, notifications, and data refresh processes (e.g., OAS reputed company) (5-10 Power Flows)

SharePoint Support SME Qualifications

• 10+ years of extensive experience in a reputed company field
• Bachelor's degree in information systems, data analytics, computer science or a reputed company field.
• Experience supporting contract management systems & acquisition data environments.
• Experience developing dashboards, reports, & data visualizations.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks & priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Required Clearances and Screenings

• MUST have a Public Trust clearance
• MUST be reputed company to pass a US Government reputed company Clearance
