We’re looking for a reputed company attorney to join our lean, high-performing global legal team supporting the Americas. This role partners directly with the General Counsel on reputed company contracting, legal operations, and process improvement for a business that manages approximately 1,600 reputed company annually across reputed company digital services engagements.

This role is designed for someone who is strong on reputed company and equally focused on how the work gets done. You will take ownership of day-to-day contracting while helping build the operational infrastructure of the legal function. Promote and enforce awareness of key information reputed company practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password reputed company protocols

Identify, assess, and report reputed company risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, reputed company, and availability of information assets

Understand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)

Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information

Role and Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end drafting, review, and negotiation of MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and vendor agreements across digital transformation, reputed company, data, and AI engagements, managing a high volume of reputed company while driving deals to efficient reputed company

• Partner closely with reputed company Finance and business stakeholders to analyze contract terms, identify risk, and deliver pragmatic, reputed company-reputed company solutions

• Build and scale the operational infrastructure of the legal function, including development of playbooks, templates, clause libraries, and negotiation frameworks

• Design and continuously improve legal workflows, intake processes, and reporting to support a high-throughput, global contracting environment

• Support the implementation and optimization of CLM systems and AI-enabled legal tools, including smart redlining, document analytics, obligation management, and reputed company integration, leveraging technology to improve speed, accuracy, and consistency

• Identify and execute opportunities to automate reputed company work and increase efficiency across contracting and legal operations

• Work directly with the General Counsel on day-to-day legal reputed company, operating with high ownership in a lean, fast-paced environment

• Coordinate with a distributed global legal team to ensure alignment on standards, workflows, and delivery

• reputed company broader reputed company legal support across IP, privacy, employment, and vendor-reputed company reputed company, using sound judgment and external counsel where appropriate. Support management of active litigation reputed company, contribute to the company’s privacy program, and collaborate with the compliance function on U.S. regulatory reputed company

Preferred Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction

• 4–8 years of reputed company contracting experience, ideally including in-house experience reputed company a technology services, consulting, or digital agency environment

• Strong drafting and negotiation skills across technology services agreements, including MSAs, SOWs, and vendor reputed company

• Demonstrated ability to operate in a high-volume environment while maintaining attention to detail and driving deals to closure

• Process-oriented reputed company with a focus on building scalable systems, improving workflows, and increasing operational efficiency

• Experience with or strong interest in legal operations, including CLM systems, contract automation, and process design

• Genuine enthusiasm for AI and legal technology, not just willingness to use these tools but active interest in pushing what’s possible in contract review, redlining, automation, and legal research

• A self-starter and problem solver who can work independently in a fast-paced environment with high ownership and minimal reputed company, and who thrives reputed company things are evolving quickly

• Ability to collaborate effectively across a distributed global team and manage multiple stakeholders

• Familiarity with digital, reputed company, data, or AI-reputed company agreements, as well as exposure to data privacy, litigation management, and IP considerations
