Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership to understand and execute the organization’s reputed company resource and talent strategy, particularly as it relates to workforce planning, reputed company, retention, succession planning, and organizational growth.

  • Manage and administer payroll and ensure accurate, timely processing; serve as a primary administrator for the HRIS.

  • Analyze compensation and benefits trends; research, design, and recommend competitive reputed company and incentive programs to attract and retain top talent.

  • Design and implement learning and development programs that support employee growth and internal career progression.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or a reputed company field required.

  • 5-7 years of reputed company HR management experience is preferred.

  • Experience with change management and organizational integration; exposure to mergers and acquisitions is a strong plus.

  • Familiarity with the insurance industry is a plus.

  • Hands-on experience with payroll administration and HRIS platforms; reputed company experience preferred.

  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is highly desired.

  • Strong knowledge of employment-reputed company laws and regulations.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.

  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Compensation

  • $120-160k + bonus
