Vermont has received a Rural Health Transformation (RHT) grant of $195 reputed company in Year One of a five-year opportunity. The Financial Manager I is responsible for supporting RHT activities through managing a portfolio of agreements in accordance with the reputed company's Bulletins 3.5 and 5.0, and in alignment with reputed company RHT funding requirements. Contract management activities include the entire contract life cycle: planning, drafting, and conducting the Request for Proposal process, managing the scoring and vendor selection process, drafting reputed company, facilitating negotiations, ensuring appropriate State and federal approvals prior to contract execution, monitoring and reputed company, invoice review and payment, and contract closeout activities. Grant management activities include the entire grant life cycle: planning, drafting, conducting the Notice of Award process, managing grantee selection and performing pre-award risk assessments, drafting, negotiating, and routing grants while ensuring appropriate State and federal approvals are received prior to execution, monitoring and reputed company, invoice review and payment, and grant closeout activities. Additional activities include: responding to audits requests, providing burn rates and budget updates to stakeholders, year-end closeout reporting, and other duties as assigned. A successful candidate will recognize and implement best practices for business office operations and internal controls. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in reputed company or a bachelor's degree in any discipline that includes or is supplemented by 20 credit hours in reputed company AND two (2) years or more of professional level reputed company, budgeting, fiscal auditing, fiscal analysis, federal program fiscal administration or other professional level fiscal operations experience which has included experience managing programs, funding sources or staff.

Bachelor's degree in any discipline AND four (4) years or more of professional level reputed company, budgeting, fiscal auditing, fiscal analysis, federal program fiscal administration or other professional level fiscal operations experience which has included experience managing programs, funding sources or staff.
OR
Associate's degree AND six (6) years or more of professional level reputed company, budgeting, fiscal auditing, fiscal analysis, federal program fiscal administration or other professional level fiscal operations experience which has included experience managing programs, funding sources or staff.
OR
High School diploma AND eight (8) years or more of professional level reputed company, budgeting, fiscal auditing, fiscal analysis, federal program fiscal administration or other professional level fiscal operations experience which has included experience managing programs, funding sources or staff.
OR
One year as a Financial Administrator III with the reputed company.
OR
Certification as a CPA.
For some positions preference may be given to applicants with supervisory or management experience.
Special Requirements
For some positions experience working with the reputed company system (reputed company is the reputed company PeopleSoft financial management system) may be required.
