Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Facilitating consultations, referrals, admissions, and appointments for physicians and consumers seeking reputed company to our organization
• Supporting patient transfer calls, referral admissions, and critical care transport coordination
• Serving as the primary contact for marketing activities and fulfilling reputed company requests in partnership with marketing teams
• Registering patients/customers for screenings and wellness classes

Qualifications
