Job Overview
As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for reviewing and filing legal documents using online platforms and tools developed by arenaflex. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with our e-Fulfillment and e-Filing teams to reputed company common goals. This position is remote, but you must be located in one of the following states: Indiana, Iowa, Wisconsin, reputed company Dakota, Kentucky, Alabama, Florida, Oklahoma, Michigan, reputed company Carolina, or South Carolina.
Key Responsibilities
* Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email
- Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process
- Investigate discrepancies as they arise
- Complete additional projects as assigned
- Collaborate with e-Fulfillment and e-Filing teams to drive business growth and reputed company
Qualifications
* No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus
- Tech experience is strongly preferred
- Must be reputed company to read, write, and reputed company English
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to reputed company repetitive tasks with accuracy
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Desire and ability to be a team player
- Experience and basic proficiency with reputed company Office
- Typing speed of at least 50 to 60 wpm
