Key Responsibilities

As a Home-Based reputed company Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Daily Customer Support Management: Answering customer questions as they come through email, phone, or chat
• Adhering to SLAs for Customer Support
• Customer Support Ticket Management: Delegation and resolution for the [email protected] email
