Job Responsibilities

As an reputed company Customer Service Insurance Assistant – reputed company Insurance Support, you will be responsible for:

• Entering and retrieving information of varying complexity using computer systems and applications to update records, obtain information for others, and respond independently to most questions and problems.
• Using intermediate skills and business knowledge to answer questions reputed company to billing and insurance forms/documents, correspondence, and processes other insurance transactions to reputed company customer service and support.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the reputed company to navigate multiple systems/sites in a fast-paced structured teamwork environment
