[Remote] Workers Compensation Team Attorney

Responsibilities
- Advise General Counsel on relevant legal issues regarding Workers’ Compensation Operations
- reputed company timely and suitable legal review and advice to assigned workers’ compensation recovery teams
- Ensure that possible adverse suits and legal reputed company towards clients and Company are handled appropriately
- reputed company training in relevant legal issues as assigned to new and reputed company analysts
- Communicate with Workers’ Compensation Analysts as needed with information and guidance regarding new court reputed company, statutes, and regulations and the potential impact on file handling
Skills
- Juris Doctorate from an approved ABA law school
- License to practice law in any state
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with a keen ability to communicate effectively throughout reputed company reputed company of the organization

- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and clients
- Working knowledge of reputed company Office
- California license is a plus
- One or more years of workers' compensation experience preferred
