Position Overview

As a Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for customers seeking assistance through our online chat platform. You'll be responsible for providing timely and professional responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and exceeding performance goals and targets set by the company. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, from 9am to 5pm.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns through online chat in a timely and professional manner

• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints
