Position Responsibilities

As a Customer Account Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our business operations by analyzing sales tax exemption certificates, contacting customers to resolve documentation issues, and applying approved exemptions in our state-of-the-art customized software. Your responsibilities will include:

• Analyzing sales tax exemption certificates for accuracy and completeness
• Contacting customers to resolve documentation issues, ensuring timely and efficient resolution
• Applying approved sales tax exemption certificates in our customized software, ensuring seamless integration with our business operations
• Calculating and processing sales tax credits based on exemption documentation, ensuring accurate and timely processing
• Collaborating with a cross-functional team of like-minded individuals to reputed company exceptional customer service and support

Minimum Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in Finance or reputed company is preferred
