What's the Job?
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from individuals affected by natural disasters, such as hurricanes, floods, wildfires, and more. You'll reputed company immediate assistance with reputed company, patience, and compassion, listening attentively to customers' needs and demonstrating a deep understanding of their challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound and outbound calls from individuals affected by natural disasters
