Job Summary

As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to our customers reputed company phone, chat, email, and reputed company media correspondence. You'll be responsible for assisting with order tracking, processing returns and refunds, warranty questions, and product information. Your primary goal will be to build trust and loyalty with our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with order tracking, processing returns and refunds, warranty questions, and product information
• Assist customers with product information, website navigation, and general questions
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company information to reputed company accurate and helpful responses to customers

Essential Qualifications

* Minimum 1 year of customer service experience reputed company food service, retail, or call center setting

• Must be reputed company to pass a typing test with 40 WPM
• Must have reliable internet with 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed with ability to hardwire
• Must be reputed company to reputed company 1-2 previous managerial, supervisor, or team reputed company professional references
• Availability to work between reputed company-7pm Central Time, Monday-reputed company, with 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the footwear industry

• Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools
