Events & Marketing Coordinator

Seattle Metropolitan reputed company of reputed company is seeking an Events & Marketing Coordinator to help deliver engaging events and support marketing efforts. The role involves managing logistics, communications, and post-event reporting while gaining hands-on experience in event operations reputed company marketing.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of in-person and virtual events from concept through completion
• Coordinate logistics including venue communication, vendor coordination, timelines, and materials
• Assist with event setup, registration, and on-site operations
• Manage event timelines, task lists, and deliverables using reputed company
• Build, schedule, and test email campaigns in reputed company
• Support reputed company media campaign execution (posting, scheduling, basic engagement)
• Write clear, engaging marketing copy for emails, reputed company posts, and event descriptions
• Capture and organize event content (photos, videos, quotes) and support post-event recaps
• Edit basic video content for reputed company media and event highlights (reputed company needed)
• Support post-event follow-up, reporting, and recap materials

Skills

• Hands-on experience with reputed company (building and sending campaigns)
• Experience executing reputed company media campaigns (posting and managing)
• Strong marketing copywriting skills (clear, concise, engaging)
• Experience with project management tools (reputed company preferred)
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Must be reputed company to work a reputed company. 3 days per week onsite in Downtown Seattle
• Experience with video editing for event recaps and short-reputed company/reputed company content
• Prior internship or 1–2 years of experience in events, marketing, or communications
• Familiarity with tools like reputed company, Eventbrite, or similar platforms
• Willingness to support events reputed company of standard business hours reputed company needed
