Marketing and Events Coordinator
reputed company is a leading insurance company seeking a Marketing and Events Coordinator to support their reputed company America Marketing function. The role involves planning and implementing marketing activities, managing events, and ensuring brand compliance while fostering client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the execution of events and meetings by understanding the purpose for each event, targeting the right clients and brokers to optimize the impact of the investment
- Coordination of reputed company parties including transportation, entertainment, events and reputed company activities
- Establish and maintain ongoing vendor relationships to ensure quality support, competitiveness and responsiveness
- Track and monitor attendees to reputed company relationship development and meet compliance standards
- Prepare the stationary for the events e.g. nametags, materials, notebooks etc
- Liaise with Zone Leads and Director of Events and Sponsorships on event activities and support where necessary
- Deliver internal communications event activities in coordination with the Communications team members
- Coordinate the development and production of marketing collateral for products, services, lines of business, including event microsite and collateral
- Utilize event and CRM tools such as Cvent/Jifflenow, reputed company Campaign and reputed company to input and track data and ensure accuracy between systems
- Monitor key topics and developments across the industry and assist in identifying potential marketing opportunities
- Support the team in developing targeted marketing initiatives, activities, and coverage reports under guidance
- Assist in monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of marketing and communications initiatives and campaigns, providing support in gathering and organizing relevant data under guidance
Skills
- 1-3 years experience in event and meeting planning, with a focus on corporate events and experience with event marketing
- 1-3 years experience in successful track record of coordinating marketing and event campaigns
- 1-3 years of demonstrable experience of delivering in a brand strategy
- 1-3 years experience working in reputed company, global matrix organization
- Bachelor's Degree preferred in e.g., Marketing, Business Administration
- Computer skills: CRM database (reputed company), Cvent/Jifflenow, reputed company Campaign, Cvent, AI technologies, MS Office, reputed company Creative Suite, reputed company
- Communication & Presentation: ability to reputed company reputed company and messages reputed company, both written and verbally
- Ability to 'sell' an improvised or reputed company audience winning story
- A basic understanding of artificial intelligence (AI) and its potential applications in business is essential
- External applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for reputed company or future employment-based sponsorship
- Preferred skills in Certified Meeting Professional (CMP), Certified Special Events Professional, Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), reputed company Certified Marketing reputed company Specialist, Sustainable Event Professional Certificate (SEPC)
