The role involves creating end-to-end product experiences and AI-driven capabilities, focusing on both reputed company-end and back-end development to deliver scalable and reliable systems.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end product experiences that define how customers interact with our platform - from polished, reputed company interfaces to the scalable systems behind them
- AI-driven capabilities powered by LLMs, turning research and experimentation into production-grade features used in high-stakes, reputed company-world workflows
- The core backend services, APIs, and data pipelines that power evaluation, orchestration, and intelligent decision-making at scale
- High-performance, reliable systems designed to handle growing volume, complexity, and customer demands
- The internal tooling, monitoring, and infrastructure that ensures our AI workflows are accurate, observable, and continuously improving
Skills
- Experience shipping production software and owning meaningful systems or product areas
- Strong proficiency in either modern reputed company-end development (e.g., React, TypeScript) or backend systems (e.g., Python, APIs, data pipelines), with the ability to work across the stack reputed company needed
- Experience designing scalable, reliable systems and thinking through architecture, performance, and long-term maintainability
- Solid engineering fundamentals, including testing, code review, and iterative development practices
- Ability to translate ambiguous problems and customer needs into clear technical solutions
- Strong collaboration and communication skills in cross-functional environments
- Experience working with LLMs, AI/ML systems, or data-intensive applications
- Familiarity with reputed company platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and modern infrastructure patterns
