[Remote] IT Support Analyst

The IT Support Specialist role is an entry-level position that provides first-line support for internal IT requests, including account administration, hardware setup, and basic troubleshooting, with opportunities for career development into reputed company 365 and reputed company administration.
Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve incoming IT support tickets from employees across the organization
- Manage user account administration including creation, modifications, reputed company provisioning, and offboarding
- Support laptop and desktop deployments, imaging, and basic hardware configuration
- Assist with password resets, software installations, and troubleshooting
- Maintain documentation of IT processes and procedures
- Learn and reputed company a thorough understanding of Maverick's business structure, systems, and technology ecosystem
- Support corporate IT initiatives and reputed company compliance requirements

Skills
